"Let me start by saying I did not request a proof before shipping. Reason I am giving 4 stars is for two reasons. Reason one, the colors are too dull compared tot the image I provided this could have been caught if I requested a proof first. Reason two, the time from when I placed the order to when the order shipped was not as quick as I hoped."
"Received a photo sample with the opportunity to make changes, which they did quickly. After changes were made I received an updated photo sample. I approved it, I felt like I then received my custom patches in a reasonable amount of time. I only wish they had been bigger, much to small for a center hat patch. That was on me. I will order bigger next time which I will be doing soon at that was what I was needing them for. Overall easy to work with received in a reasonable time frame, them look awesome and ironed on well."

I'm not sure if this was ninja patches's challenge or the United States Postal Service, however, when I contacted ninja patches with pictures and a story they immediately responded. "Everything about the patches was great. The service, the embroidery, the timing and the delivery were top notch, except the color was wrong. The primary color was clearly a kelley green and whoever pocked the color picked a more lime light green color. If I was not out of time, I would have rejected them."
