Artwork & Sizing
We accept the following file types for uploaded artwork:
- PSD (Photoshop)
- PNG
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- JPG
- SVG
Our preference: SVG files work best because it allows us to re-size artwork without losing any quality. However, as long as you upload a file (PNG, JPG, PDF) with 300 DPI, we'll be able to re-size the image to your liking, without losing any quality whatsoever.

Sizing for patches on garments all depends on where you'd like to apply the patch. Here's a quick breakdown of our recommended placement areas and the corresponding size options:
- Left/Right Chest: 1-4 inches
- Sleeves: 1-2.5 inches
- Back of T-shirt, Under Collar: 1-3 inches
If selected at checkout, a proof for approval will be sent before we begin production, the proof could take 2-4 days. For accuracy, we do not send virtual proofs, instead we wait for the actual first stitch out to be complete, so you know exactly what the final product will look like when you make your approval decision. From there it usually takes 8-11 days for your custom patch order to arrive.
No, we do not automatically remove the background on your artwork. If you'd like it removed, leave a comment in the "Note For Our Designers" section on the product page to remove the background.

Ordering
Yes, we have minimum order quantity of 25 patches for each patch type we offer.
If there are any issues with your patch order (quality, quantity, color, etc.), you can submit an order issue form here and our team will work with you to correct the mistakes and get you your correct order.
Yes, we offer a bundle sample pack where you'll recieve one of each of the following patch types:
- Genuine Leather
- Embroidered
- Full Color Printed
- Faux Leather
- Silicone
- Woven
You can also purchase just one of those patches if you prefer, rather than getting one of each.

If your order hasn't made it to our production queue, you can certainly cancel your order and be refunded in full. We know things happen and will always do our best to accommodate our customers. All we ask is that you please be mindful when cancelling your order.

Each design carries a minimum order quantity of at least 25 pieces. So, if you want to get multiple designs, you'll have to order them in quantities of no less than 25.
We aim to deliver your proof in no more than 2-3 business days. Once approved, we'll begin production on your custom patch.
Yes, we offer a wide variety of blank products you can customize with patches. Visit our Ninja Blanks section to browse all of the blank products we offer.
No, we do not provide free proofs. Proofs cost $19.99 and are available for you at checkout. If you opt to get a proof of your patch, we will send it to you within 3-5 business days. Once approved by you, we will begin production on your patch!
Note: You cannot receive a proof without placing an order. The proof is in addition to your patch order -- you cannot order a proof alone.

Rhinestone Transfers
A rhinestone is crafted from glass, designed to mimic the appearance of a diamond through precise cutting. Hot fix rhinestones are a specific type of rhinestone that feature flat backs coated with a heat-sensitive adhesive, enabling their attachment to fabric via heat pressing. A rhinestone transfer consists of multiple hot fix rhinestones organized into a specific pattern or design, ready for application onto fabric through heat pressing.
Rhinestone transfers are created by arranging hot fix rhinestones into specific designs or patterns on a heat-resistant transfer paper. The adhesive on the back of the rhinestones activates under heat, allowing the entire design to be transferred onto fabric through the application of heat and pressure. This process enables intricate designs to be applied to clothing, accessories, and other textile products efficiently and durably.
To apply rhinestone transfers, place the transfer onto the fabric in the desired location, cover it with a protective guard sheet, and then press down with a hot iron or heat press at 315°F for 15 seconds. After cooling, carefully peel off the transfer's backing to reveal the adhered rhinestones on the fabric.

Our quick free delivery time for custom patches range from 11-14 days after proof approval. We aim to have your proof within 1-3 days after purchase. Leather patches may take up to 3 weeks.
We only offer offer international shipping to Canada. We may offer international shipping to other countries in the near future.
Yes, all orders placed on custom patches automatically qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes between 8-11 business days.
We only offer free shipping on our custom patches. However, if you need your order delivered urgently, we'll do our best to get you your patches on time for your event, customer, etc. Please contact us at 888-356-3665 and we'll work with you to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Yes, every single patch type we offer is heat pressable. However, you can opt to get patches with either a peel and stick or velcro backing on select patch types. These include:
- Embroidered
- Full Color Printed
- Print + Embroidery
- Silcone (velcro and heat applied, no peel & stick option)
- Woven
- 3D Embroidered
For Leather and Faux Leather patches, we only offer them with a heat seal backing.
