Free AI Tools and Generated Artwork

Ninja Patches’ free AI artwork-generation tools are provided to help you create designs for patches and other products produced through Ninja Patches, including products you decorate using patches produced and supplied by Ninja Patches. Artwork newly generated using these tools (“Generated Artwork”) is subject to the following conditions:

Permitted use. You may use Generated Artwork to design, order, and sell patches and other products produced through Ninja Patches, including products you decorate using patches produced and supplied by Ninja Patches. You may use product previews and mockups provided by Ninja Patches to advertise those products.

Downloads and outside use. Generated Artwork is not provided as a standalone downloadable artwork file. Unless Ninja Patches gives prior written permission, you may not extract, download, copy, distribute, sell, or license Generated Artwork as a standalone digital asset, or provide it to another patch manufacturer, printing service, or fulfillment service. These restrictions also apply to modified versions of Generated Artwork.

Your existing artwork. You retain any rights you already hold in artwork, logos, photographs, text, and other materials you submit. Uploading your own artwork or using our editing tools does not transfer ownership of those materials to Ninja Patches. Retaining rights in submitted materials does not grant you ownership of newly generated AI elements.

Third-party rights. Generated Artwork may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. You are responsible for reviewing it before use and ensuring your use complies with our Terms of Service, including its restrictions on prohibited content.
